Introducing ChurnAI
Understand what changed in an account before your next customer conversation.
Customer intelligence through MCP Pilot available
You have a renewal meeting in an hour. You know the contract value and the renewal date. You still need to find out whether the customer is getting value, what has changed since your last call, and whether anyone has resolved the issue they raised.
ChurnAI brings that investigation into your AI workspace. Connect your customer systems through read-only access, ask about an account, and review the source evidence before preparing your response.
We’re opening ChurnAI to B2B SaaS teams through a guided pilot. The first job is specific: help a CSM arrive at the next conversation with an explanation they can check.
The question behind a renewal
Take Northstar, an illustrative account approaching renewal. Across three connected systems, you can see the following:
“What should I understand before Northstar’s renewal?”
- Product
- Usage down 34%
- Billing
- Renewal in 18 days
- Support
- Export issue still open
“Is the export issue stopping your team from completing its work? Let’s confirm who owns the fix and when you can test it before we discuss renewal.”
What this evidence does and doesn’t establish
The usage decline and open issue give the CSM a reason to investigate. They don’t prove that the issue caused the decline, or that Northstar intends to cancel. The customer needs to confirm that connection.
Now the CSM has something specific to discuss. They can follow up in the same workspace: “Prepare a brief for this meeting. Include the supporting records and the questions we still need to ask.” They review the brief before using it.
Why we chose MCP
A conversation with AI can help you prepare, but you still have to supply the customer history. Copying records into a chat means choosing what to include and repeating that work when the account changes.
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, gives a compatible AI workspace a way to request context from ChurnAI. You can investigate an account and prepare a follow-up in tools such as Claude or ChatGPT. We confirm your workspace’s connection and authentication requirements during onboarding.
Your team controls the source access and reviews the output. ChurnAI reads the connected information; your CSM decides what to say and which action to take.
What you can start with today
The free pilot includes 30 days, one data source (Chargebee or Amplitude), 200 profiles, and core ChurnAI MCP tools. We guide the setup and help you connect a compatible AI workspace. During the pilot, imported data lives in ChurnAI Cloud.
Choose Chargebee to examine billing context or Amplitude to examine product usage. The three-source example above shows a broader paid setup. Your pilot answers will reflect the source you connect.
Choose a few accounts you know. Check the answers against their records, then use them to prepare for a real conversation. A useful pilot should show whether you spend less time gathering context and whether the brief includes what you need. Those are the results worth evaluating before expanding.
